HÀ NỘI — V.League  一 side Quảng Nam have signed Brazilian defender Lucas Dos Santos Rocha to prepare for the second half of the season.

According to coach Vũ Hồng Việt, Rocha is speedy, strong and good in the air.

The  一. 九 九m tall player was on the books of Bayer Leverkusen of Germany from  二0 一0- 一 二 but didn’t make an appearance in the Bundesliga.

Besides Rocha, Quảng Nam also added two domestic players including midfielders Nguyễn Như Tuấn and Nguyễn Hồng Sơn from Hà Nội.

Quảng Nam, who are nearly at the bottom of the rankings, are reportedly seeking more foreign players in an effort to avoid relegation. — VNS
